A tech and design entrepreneur with previous businesses in digital, e-commerce and media, Jonathan is an ardent supporter of luxury. And, when it came time to design his own home, he was excited to bring some of that luxury indoors. The excitement wore off quickly when he found himself frustrated and uninspired by the high street and "high-end" furniture showroom experience. He was dissatisfied with the entire shopping journey and, worse, when he did try, he could never find pieces that championed the fine craftsmanship and high-quality materials he appreciated.
It was 2012 when he decided to own the digital space for luxury interior design retail and create an experience in which it's easy to discover products you love with no restrictions. Shoppers' behaviours were changing and more and more of us were shopping online. So, fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit (he's from a large entrepreneurial family) and with insight into the design world through his interior designer mother, he created LuxDeco—a destination for luxury design enthusiasts to discover and shop the most world's most beautiful products and arguably the most disruptive digital platform the industry has welcomed. As LuxDeco's founder, he is entirely customer-obsessed and ever-passionate about helping others live beautifully.
